Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, approvals, lawful content and access to required third-party services. Delays in these inputs may affect delivery dates and estimates.
4. Fees, ownership and licences
Payment terms, taxes, cancellation, intellectual-property ownership, source-code transfer and third-party licences are defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, third-party products remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, CTRLab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of this public website. Project-specific warranties and liability terms are set out in the relevant agreement.
6. Governing law and contact
